Healthy eating needs to become a habit to be successful.

How do you create a healthy eating habits?
This is what I do! I am an insta-cart junkie. If you order your food and go pick it up there are no extra fees. They shop, bag, and bring it out to the curb for you which is great. Only downside, sometimes they aren't the best at picking produce.
Second, every item you pick has a drop down menu of healthy, low calorie recipes. If you like the quick, low calorie meal you have the options to add all the ingredients needed to your cart. I have made several recipes and definitely have my fav's. I will continue to share as this blog grows.
📝Benefit 1
You don't buy things you don't need, meaning junk food that often ends up in your cart when you scoot the isles.
📝Benefit 2
Each recipe lasts about 3 days, so it is a form of food prepping, which will keep you on track with healthy meals. Meaning the fist night I will eat it as the original recipe/entree. Next day I will put over a salad or into a tortilla and make a wrap. Third day it will go into an omelette. This is a rinse and repeat method I have been doing for months.
📝Benefit 3
The most obvious, you stay on budget. I order the same cart for weeks, until I get tired of the recipes and then I will pick new one. Plus you save time, having food planned.
This is my latest recipe that I highly suggest, roasted chicken and sweet potatoes and only 408 calories. It has a 15b minute pre time and into the oven it goes, which means no mess! Here is the link to ingredients. RECIPE HERE
