Buckle up my sweet souls, while we activate our feminine energy
When fear is the driving force behind our actions, it often leads to cycles of struggle, keeping us stuck in situations we wish to change. We may not even realize that we’re the ones creating these circumstances. This is why it’s crucial to bring our fears into awareness—not to reactivate or relive them, but to consciously release them. Let me explain how to heal intimacy with yourself.
Understanding Fear as an Anchor
Fear often presents itself as a protective mechanism, attempting to shield us from harm or pain. However, when we allow it to guide our decisions, it forms a mental and emotional cage, limiting our growth. By acknowledging fear, we allow ourselves to face it, dissolve it, and prevent it from dictating our experiences.
Fear is a recurring theme in many people’s lives, manifesting as toxic relationships, self-sabotaging behavior, and limiting beliefs. As we continue to struggle, we may ask, “Why would anyone in their right mind want to recreate these experiences?” The truth is, when we operate from fear, we are not in our right mind. Instead, we are allowing fear to control our narrative.

When I identified how to remove the energy blockage of fear, it completely transformed my dating life. I no longer ruminated over situations or attracted men who breadcrumbed me. That fear I was holding onto was deeply connected to my childhood—particularly abandonment wounds from my dad. Subconsciously, it was still steering my behavior, pushing me toward the wrong partners, especially men who were moving away from me. That chase created a sense of familiarity, even though it was painful. It was the environment my subconscious was accustomed to.
Here’s the thing: I consciously said I wanted love and commitment, but the power of the subconscious is immense. Until you dig up the root cause of fear and bring it to the surface to actively release it, that subconscious pattern runs everything. In quantum creation, 99% of what controls our outcomes is energy, and only 1% is matter. We can say we want love, swipe right on dating apps, and tell people what we desire, but if that 99% of internal energy isn’t addressed, we’ll continue attracting the same situations.
We attract the same situations repeatedly because each experience we call in gets reshaped by the energetic blockages we’re holding onto, especially fear. It doesn’t stand a chance to become the happily ever after we desire because the minute we feel vulnerable—when we finally experience that passion and desire we’ve been craving—fear kicks in. It starts rewriting the story, taking hold of the love we’ve found, putting it through the grinder, and spitting it out the other side.

Until we address the root cause, which is fear, every relationship will be shaped by that emotional blockage. It’s like a black hole. Love doesn’t survive the event horizon—it gets stretched, distorted, and eventually disintegrates into nothing. That fear acts as a gravitational pull, and without confronting and releasing it, any love that enters our lives will get “spaghettified” by its force.
By releasing fear and reprogramming those subconscious patterns, I was finally able to align my life and relationships with what I truly wanted. If you’re struggling with similar patterns in your relationships, this method could help you break free.
The Role of Awareness
One of the most significant misconceptions is that focusing on fear means activating it. However, as I explain in my video, there’s a key difference between awareness and activation. When we become aware of our fear, we can address it and release it.

By focusing on fear with the intention to release it, we can reshape our internal narratives and ultimately shift our reality. Without this process, we remain stuck in patterns of imagining the worst-case scenario, fueling our fear, and manifesting those outcomes.

Using Breathwork and Energy Points to Release Fear:
In my method, I guide you through a practice of pressing on a specific meridian point on the bottom of the foot, which is connected to the kidney—the organ that stores fear-based emotions. This emotional block keeps you in your masculine energy, so until you remove this energy block you will never fully be. in your feminine energy. Through this pressure, combined with breathwork, we release the grip fear has on us. As you press on this point, inhale faith, and exhale fear.

Remove Energy Blockage of Fear:
Set Your Intention: Focus on one of your biggest fears with the intent to release it, allowing space for peace and feminine energy to flow.
Prepare the Foot with Gentle Massage: Rub lotion into the bottom of your foot while holding that fear in your mind. Gently massage to relax the area.
Find the Meridian Point: Use your knuckle or thumbs to locate the meridian point—it will feel tender or painful. Apply gentle pressure at first, or increase for a deeper release.
Inhale and Exhale with Guided Audio: Listen to the guided audio. On the inhale, follow the instructions. On the exhale, press into the meridian point and verbally state the fear you are releasing.
Repeat for One Minute: Continue pressing and releasing the fear aloud for about one minute.
Switch Feet: After one minute, switch to the other foot and repeat the process.
Acknowledge the Completion: Place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach. Take a moment to acknowledge the session is complete. You should feel lighter in your body, this is your masculine energy releasing it's grip on you. It is the feminine flowing in to nurture you. Enjoy it!

As long as we stay disconnected from our feminine energy, we won’t be able to connect in our intimate relationships in the deep, fulfilling way we desire. When stuck in masculine energy—driven by fear, control, and self-protection—we build a wall around our heart. This wall creates emotional distance, preventing us from truly opening up and being vulnerable.
Masculine energy, while protective, can sometimes trap you in a cage of fear, constantly striving for control and safety. This fear-based protection, though well-intended, keeps you stuck and disconnected from your feminine energy, which is essential for nurturing yourself and feeling confident. Reading high-vibration materials helps soothe and unlock that cage, allowing you to tap into the feminine qualities of intuition, flow, and receptivity. It nurtures your feminine energy by fostering self-trust, quieting the inner critic, and inviting a sense of ease and openness—qualities that are key to having alignment and inner confidence.
In a nutshell, to experience genuine intimacy, we need to be rooted in our feminine energy, which is the center of our emotional connection, compassion, and receptivity. By reconnecting with this energy, we allow ourselves to soften, to trust, and to let others in, creating the space for true intimacy and emotional closeness in our relationships. When we are centered and grounded in our feminine energy, we are able to connect deeply with others, free from fear and emotional barriers.
Reading can be a powerful way to reconnect with our feminine energy because it not only raises our vibration but also nurtures the qualities that are inherent in feminine energy—such as intuition, emotional connection, and receptivity.
By immersing ourselves in high-vibe reading material, we allow our minds to quiet down from the masculine urge to control, plan, and protect, and instead, we step into a state of flow and openness. This elevates our vibration, which is essential for reconnecting with our feminine energy. The more we engage with uplifting content, the more we create space for healing and nurturing ourselves on a deeper, emotional level. This reconnection with our feminine energy allows us to soften the protective barriers around our hearts, opening us up to true intimacy and deeper connections in our relationships. Our feminine energy is the creator. The masculine protects, but the feminine guides, you need BOTH!
